- Water - 3 fl oz

Step 1
Mash the halva with a fork. Mechanical grinders are not suitable: halva has a high fat content, and under the influence of a blender, for example, it will turn into a dense mass. Heat the milk or cream, but do not boil.
Step 2
Whip the halva and milk for 1–2 minutes using an immersion blender or French press.
Step 3
Brew the coffee using any convenient method: espresso, in a Turkish pot, etc. It is better to strain coffee brewed in a Turkish pot.
Step 4
Pour into a cup and add the halva with milk. Optionally, you can add: cinnamon, chocolate slices, or syrup.
