  • Arugula - 1 bunch
  • Shelled pumpkin seeds - 3 teaspoons
  • Fresh Mushrooms - 2 pieces
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Flower Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Goat cheese - 0.7 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Blend the diced cucumbers and avocado in a blender.

Step 2

Blend the bunch of basil, arugula, and spinach with water in a blender.

Step 3

Combine the resulting mixtures into one.

Step 4
