  • Buttermilk - ¾ cup
  • Tomatoes - 2 pieces

  • Serrano Chili - 1 piece
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Chives - 1 tablespoon
  • Orange Bell Peppers - ¼ piece
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
  • Orange zest - ½ teaspoon
  • Crab Meat - 7.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a blender, combine buttermilk, chopped tomatillos, broth, salt, chopped avocados, finely chopped serrano chili, and minced garlic. Blend until smooth.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix finely chopped red bell pepper, finely chopped chives, lemon juice, zest, and crab meat.

Step 3
