  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • New Potatoes - 8 pieces
  • Salt - 1.4 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the beets into strips.

Step 2

Pour the kefir into a large pot or bowl.

Step 3

Add the beets to the kefir and mix everything thoroughly.

Add water.

Finely chop the cucumbers, onions, and dill.
