Description

For a sandwich, spread a tablespoon of Dijon mustard and peanut butter on each chicken breast. You can simply wrap it in a lettuce leaf.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
  • Soy Sauce - 2 spoons
  • Rice Vinegar for Sushi - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Dried Garlic - ½ spoons
  • Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut each fillet into 2 pieces and gently pound them. Place in a pot, add the sauce, vinegar, and garlic. Mix with your hands and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for an hour.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 392°F on 'grill with convection' setting.

Step 3

Place the chicken breasts on a double layer of foil, 4 pieces side by side. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper. Fold the foil into an envelope and put it in the oven. If the chicken has released juice, you can drizzle it over the breasts before baking.

Step 4

Leave in the oven for 30 minutes, and 5 minutes before the end, open the envelope to allow a golden crust to form.

Step 5

Chill without removing from the foil and place in the refrigerator.
