Ingredients
- Caramel Syrup - 4 fl oz
- Instant coffee - 1.1 oz
- Sugar - 1.1 oz
- Water - 12 fl oz
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Cream - 8 fl oz
- Vanilla Ice Cream - 2 lbs
- Ginger Green Wine - 16 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a large pitcher, mix the instant coffee, chocolate syrup, sugar, and hot water. Stir well and chill. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours.
Step 2
In a punch bowl, combine the chilled coffee, cream, milk, and vanilla ice cream. Add the ginger ale and pour into tall glasses. You can top with additional vanilla ice cream.
