Description

- Water - 1 qt
- Green Tea (brick) - 1 tablespoon
- Ginger - 1½ tablespoons
- Cinnamon - 1 piece
- Ground clove - 3 pieces
- Citrus Zest Mix - 1 piece
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Brew the green tea for 3–5 minutes.
Step 2
Peel and finely chop the ginger.
Step 3
Add the ginger to the tea, place it on the heat, and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Add a small piece of lemon zest, cloves, and a cinnamon stick.
Step 5
Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Add a tablespoon of honey and stir.
Step 7
Cool down and enjoy.
