Ingredients
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Semolina - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the egg yolk, sugar, juice of half a lemon, and beat with a mixer until a strong foam forms.
Step 2
In a small pot, bring 2 cups of salted water to a boil, add the semolina, and cook until ready. Then turn off the heat, let the semolina cool slightly, and while stirring constantly, pour the egg mixture into the pot.
Step 3
Place the soup in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Before serving, pour into bowls and garnish with lemon slices.
