Ingredients
- Cilantro - 1.1 oz
- Canned Mushroom Soup - 1 can
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Green peppercorns - 5 pieces
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Mint - 1.1 oz
- Coriander essential oil - 1 teaspoon
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Shrimp - 10.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel and boil the shrimp. Chop the vegetables. Finely chop the herbs and set some aside for garnish.
Step 2
Sauté the garlic, onion, coriander seeds, and chili pepper in a small amount of vegetable oil.
Step 3
Add the bell pepper and about a cup of water, season with salt and pepper. Simmer until cooked.
Step 4
Transfer the contents of the pan to a blender, add the peas, herbs, sour cream, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
Step 5
Chill the soup. Garnish with shrimp and herbs, and serve.
