Description
Serve the brew hot, using boiling water as a diluent.
Ingredients
- Raspberry leaves - 10 pieces
- Fresh Rose Hips - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1.1 oz
- Cardamom - 7 pieces
- Black Currant Leaves - 1 bunch
- Yarrow - 1 sprig
- Mate Tea - 3 tablespoons
- Dried Chamomile - 1 tablespoon
- Dried Chamomile - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 1 qt
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the raspberries.
Step 2
Place the raspberries in a teapot, adding the crushed rosehips.
Step 3
Slice the ginger into thin slices.
Step 4
Add the ginger to the teapot along with the cardamom, cut with a knife.
Step 5
Add the currant leaf.
Step 6
Then add the yarrow.
Step 7
Add the Ivan tea.
Step 8
Add the chamomile and thyme.
Step 9
Pour hot water over the ingredients at a temperature of about 80–185°F.
Step 10
Let the brew steep for about 20 minutes.
