- Sorrel - 2 bunches
- Cucumbers - 10.6 oz
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Dill - to taste
- Scallions - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sort the sorrel, wash it well in cold water, and chop finely. Pour boiling water over the sorrel and cook for no more than 5 minutes. Cool it down.
Step 2
Finely chop the cucumbers, green onions, and hard-boiled eggs.
Step 3
Mix everything together, season with salt, and add to the broth with sorrel.
Step 4
Dress the soup with sour cream. Add sugar, salt, and chopped herbs.
