Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 5 pieces
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Onion - ½ head
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Croutons - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Blend the tomatoes, garlic, and salt with pepper (to taste) in a blender, then pour into a bowl. Refrigerate for 1–1.5 hours.
Step 2
Blend the cucumbers (peel if the skin is bitter), herbs (cilantro, dill, or parsley to taste), green bell pepper, and salt (to taste) in a blender until smooth, then pour into a bowl and refrigerate for 1–1.5 hours.
Step 3
Toast croutons from white bread (in pieces or cubes - to taste).
Step 4
Serve in a bowl, alternating between the tomato and cucumber mixtures, and garnish with herbs and croutons.
