- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece

- Ricotta cheese - 8.1 oz
- Pimento - 1 tablespoon
- Ginger-Garlic Paste - ½ tablespoon
- Chives - 1 tablespoon
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh basil leaves - 2 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Carefully cut off the 'lids' of the peppers and remove the seeds and white membranes.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the ricotta, the peeled and finely chopped tomato, finely chopped pimento, garlic, finely chopped chives, parsley, and basil.
Step 3
Stuff the peppers tightly with the filling and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 4
Before serving, slice them.
