Ingredients
- Scallions - 2.5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1½ pieces
- Sweet Corn Sticks - 15.5 oz
- Water - 1¼ cups
- Seafood cocktail - 1 teaspoon
- Dried Chamomile - ¾ teaspoon
- Red Long Chili Peppers - a pinch
- Potato - 17.6 oz
- 10% cream - 1 cup
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 0.7 oz
- Salt - ¾ teaspoon
- Cheshire Cheese - 2.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of vegetable oil. Add finely diced green bell peppers and 0.75 cups of green onion. Sauté for 4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly browned.
Step 2
Increase the heat and add corn, water, spices, and red pepper. Also add peeled and diced potato. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover, and cook for 10 minutes until the potato is tender.
Step 3
Remove from heat and stir in the cream, parsley, and salt. Serve in small bowls and top with grated cheddar and remaining green onion.
