Ingredients

  • Corn Cobs - 8 pieces
  • Butter - 2.1 oz
  • Fresh Mint - 0.7 oz
  • Feta cheese - 7.1 oz
  • Salt - ½ teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Soften the butter and mix it with the feta and finely chopped mint. Add salt.

Step 2

Cut each corn cob crosswise into four pieces. Pour cold water over the corn and cook until done (depending on the variety, this takes from 10 minutes to 2 hours).

Step 3

Transfer to a bowl with the prepared mixture and mix well.
