  • Corn Cobs - 4 pieces
  • Butter - 4 tablespoons
  • Coarse Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Lime - 2 pieces

Step 1

Cut each ear of corn into 3–4 pieces and boil in salted water until tender, about 3–4 minutes. Drain and transfer to a bowl.
