Ingredients
- Corn Cobs - 8 pieces
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise - 5 tablespoons
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1.1 oz
- TABASCO® - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak 24 long bamboo skewers in cold water for a while.
Step 2
Preheat the grill or barbecue.
Step 3
Remove the husks from the corn cobs and cut each into 3 pieces.
Step 4
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot, add sugar and corn. Cook for 3-5 minutes until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water. Thread each piece onto a bamboo skewer.
Step 5
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, and Tabasco. Brush the sauce onto the corn and grill, turning, for 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately.
