- Cornel Berries - 5.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 0.3 oz
- Clarified Butter - 0.5 oz
- Sugar - 0.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse and sort the cornelian cherries, then cover them with hot water and cook. After that, strain the broth, and pass the cherries through a sieve, combining them again with the broth.
Step 2
Add the flour, which has been sautéed in butter and diluted with the broth, along with sugar and salt to the soup.
Step 3
Mix thoroughly and bring to a boil.
