Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
- Sour Cream - 1 can
- Leafy Mustard - 3.5 oz
- Scallions - 1.8 oz
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the stems from the leafy greens, rinse them, and place them in a colander to drain. Pat the greens dry with a clean towel and chop finely.
Step 2
Add salt to the cottage cheese, sprinkle with sugar, mix, and pass through a meat grinder or press through a sieve.
Step 3
Gently mix the cottage cheese mixture with the chopped greens and mound it on a round plate or on individual plates.
Step 4
Make a small indentation in the top of the cottage cheese mound with a spoon and fill it with cold sour cream. The edges of the plate with cottage cheese can be decorated with leafy greens or sprigs of parsley. Instead of leafy greens, you can mix the cottage cheese with finely chopped dill, chopped parsley, or young radish leaves. Use no more than 50 g of greens.
