Description

- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Onion - 2 heads
- Marinated cherries - 10 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Ground coriander - a pinch
- White Beans - 14.1 oz
- Sausages - 8 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Slice the smoked sausages into rounds or at an angle.
Step 2
Peel the large tomatoes, while the cherry tomatoes can be left with their skins.
Step 3
Remove the seeds and membranes from the bell pepper and cut it into small cubes.
Step 4
In a skillet, heat the oil and sauté the onion, leeks, garlic, and sausages over low heat. When the onion is slightly browned, remove the skillet from the heat and add the paprika. Stir and return to the heat.
Step 5
Add the tomatoes (if they were with juice, you can add a little of that too) and the bell pepper to the skillet. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes. Taste; if the tomatoes are too acidic, you can add a pinch or two of sugar.
Step 6
Add the beans and crushed coriander seeds. Now just adjust the dish for salt and pepper to taste and cook on low heat for another 5–10 minutes.
