Crab Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • Rye Bread - 3.5 oz
  • Crab Meat - 3.5 oz
  • Cucumbers - 0.4 oz
  • Marinated cherries - 0.7 oz
  • Sweet Chili Sauce - 0 fl oz
  • Yuzu Juice - 10 qt
  • Cilantro - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Take a malted baguette (to bake malted bread at home, mix wheat and rye flour, you can add spelt flour, and be sure to add malt).

Step 2

Cut the baguette into small pieces. To prevent the bread from crumbling and to keep the pieces even, dip the knife in boiling water for two minutes. Then wipe it with a towel and cut.

Step 3

Fry the pieces of baguette in hot oil for about 2 minutes.

Step 4

Dip the pieces of bread in a paper towel, let them 'rest', and then spread one side with sweet chili sauce.

Step 5

Cut the crab meat, or tear it along the fibers.

Step 6

Dress the crab meat with spicy yuzu sauce. Optionally, you can use another sauce of your choice: mayonnaise, sweet chili, sesame oil, or kimchi sauce.

Step 7

Place the crab on the baguette, and top with slices of cherry tomato, fresh cucumber, and cilantro.
