Ingredients
- Beef - 21.2 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Pickles - 5 pieces
- Pitted olives - 12 pieces
- Gruyère cheese - 2.8 oz
- Ketchup - 5 teaspoons
- Mayonnaise - 5 teaspoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Bun - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grind the beef into minced meat and shape it into patties. Sear until a dark crust forms.
Step 2
Slice the buns and layer the ingredients on the bottom half in the following order from bottom to top: sliced tomatoes, beef patties, sliced pickles, and flattened olives. Add cheese (preferably 2 pieces) and mayonnaise mixed with ketchup, then top with the other half of the bun.
Step 3
Place in a heatproof dish and weigh down with a heavy object. Cook until the cheese begins to melt.
