Ingredients
- Canned Crabs - 7.1 oz
- Rice - 10.6 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1.4 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Breadcrumbs - 1.8 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 10.6 oz
- Parsley - 1 sprig
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook fluffy rice, season it with butter (20 g) and crab juice.
Step 2
Chop small pieces of crab without shell fragments (larger pieces are better used for other dishes), mix with rice, add 3 raw egg yolks, stir, form balls from this mixture (20–40 pieces), coat in flour, dip in egg whites, coat in breadcrumbs, and fry in oil.
Step 3
Then drizzle with melted butter (30 g) and warm in the oven.
Step 4
When serving, garnish the dish with sprigs of parsley.
Step 5
Serve tomato sauce separately in a sauceboat (you can use tomato sauce with wine).
