Ingredients
- Crab sticks in brine - 12 pieces
- Hard Cheese - 10.6 oz
- Mayonnaise - 7.1 oz
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Garlic - 3 cloves
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Unwrap the crab sticks. To do this, dip each stick in very hot water for 15–20 seconds.
Step 2
Grate the cheese on a fine grater, add crushed garlic, 3–4 tablespoons of mayonnaise, finely chopped dill, and mix everything together.
Step 3
Use this filling to stuff 10 crab sticks, placing a piece of green onion in the middle, roll them up, and arrange them in a stack (pyramid) on a plate, spreading a small amount of mayonnaise between each layer.
