- Mayonnaise - 8.8 oz
- Crab sticks in brine - 8.5 oz
- Korean-style Carrots - 3.5 oz
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Armenian Lavash - 3 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Paprika - to taste
- Hard Cheese - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Lay out the lavash, spread with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with pepper and paprika. Unroll the crab sticks and evenly distribute them over the lavash. Top with carrots and parsley leaves, and grate the cheese finely. Roll into a log.
Step 2
Similarly, apply the filling to the second and third lavash, wrapping them around the first and second respectively.
Step 3
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
