Ingredients
- Water - 17 fl oz
- Cranberry - 7.1 oz
- Orange juice concentrate - 8 fl oz
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Cinnamon - 1 piece
- Freshly brewed green tea - 32 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the cranberries. Set aside a handful of berries, mash the rest in a bowl or strain through a sieve.
Step 2
Transfer the resulting cranberry puree to cheesecloth and squeeze out the juice. Place the cranberry pulp in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Strain the broth and mix it with the cranberry juice. Add the orange juice, cinnamon, sugar, and reserved berries. Stir and let steep for an hour.
Step 3
Before serving, heat the cranberry infusion. Then mix with strong hot tea and pour into cups or glasses.
