Ingredients
- Crayfish - 15 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Onion - 1 head
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Rice - 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Fermented Milk - ½ cup
- Parsley - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the crayfish in salted water. Do not discard the broth. Remove the tails and meat from the claws.
Step 2
Sauté the flour, oil, finely chopped onion, and garlic. Dilute with the broth in which the crayfish were cooked and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Then add the rice and crayfish meat. Cook until ready, then add hard-boiled eggs, sour milk, season with pepper, and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
