- Cauliflower - 14.1 oz
- Celery root - 7.1 oz
- Coconut Milk - 13 fl oz
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dice the celery root and cauliflower.
Step 2
In olive oil, sauté the celery over low heat for 2–3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the cauliflower and sauté for another 2–3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the coconut milk.
Step 5
Simmer over low heat until the vegetables are tender.
Step 6
Once the vegetables are soft, remove from heat.
Step 7
Transfer all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Step 8
Serve in a deep bowl.
