Ingredients
- Water - 1 qt
- Milk - 1 qt
- Bouillon cube - 2 pieces
- Salad Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Onion - 1 head
- Leek - 1 piece
- Nettle - 5.3 oz
- Wild Garlic Greens - 5.3 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a pot, combine water and milk. Bring to a boil and add the crumbled broth cubes. Stir.
Step 2
Then add the diced potatoes, minced garlic, finely chopped leek, finely chopped onion, chopped nettle, and chopped wild garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Transfer to a blender, blend slightly, reheat, and serve.
