Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 5.3 oz
- Leek - 5.3 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Potato - 7.1 oz
- Carrot - 2.8 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Nutmeg - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Sour Cream - 1 tablespoon
- Mild Chili Spice - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut all vegetables into medium-sized cubes.
Step 2
Sauté them in vegetable oil for 5–7 minutes, then add garlic.
Step 3
Add 1 liter of water. When the vegetables boil, add the spices. Cook for another 15 minutes.
Step 4
Add the chopped parsley.
Step 5
Blend the resulting mixture with a blender.
Step 6
Serve hot with a spoonful of sour cream and a sprig of parsley.
