Description

Ingredients

  • Broccoli - 7.8 oz
  • Chicken Broth - 13 fl oz
  • Dorbly Cheese - 2.1 oz
  • Garlic - 0.4 oz
  • Ginger - 0.5 oz
  • Cream - 7 fl oz
  • Carrot - ½ piece
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Flaky sea salt - a pinch
  • Ocean salt - to taste

Finely chop the ginger and garlic.

Separate the broccoli into florets.

Place the broccoli in salted water and bring to a boil over high heat.

Once boiling, cover with a lid and cook for another 20 minutes.

Add the ginger and garlic to the heated oil in the pan with a pinch of coarse salt.
