- Broccoli - 7.8 oz
- Chicken Broth - 13 fl oz
- Dorbly Cheese - 2.1 oz
- Garlic - 0.4 oz
- Ginger - 0.5 oz
- Cream - 7 fl oz
- Carrot - ½ piece
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Flaky sea salt - a pinch
- Ocean salt - to taste
Step by Step guide

Finely chop the ginger and garlic.

Once the temperature rises to 176°F, remove from heat and add the cheese-garlic sauce to the broth.

Blend vigorously with an immersion blender and season with salt, adding the remaining cream.

Separate the broccoli into florets.

Place the broccoli in salted water and bring to a boil over high heat.

Once boiling, cover with a lid and cook for another 20 minutes.
