Ingredients
- Bacon - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- White bread - 2 slices
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Cilantro - 1 bunch
- Brussels Sprouts - 17.6 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Ground Nutmeg - to taste
- Dried Chamomile - to taste

- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Chicken Broth - 27 fl oz
- Allspice berries - 2 pieces
- Whipped Cream - 7 fl oz
- Parsley - ½ bunch
- Clove - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the bacon into strips and fry it.
Step 2
Remove the crust from the bread, cut it into cubes, and fry in the rendered fat.
Step 3
Chop the onion, herbs, and Brussels sprouts, and sauté in the fat for 5 minutes, adding salt and pepper. Add the spices. Pour in the broth. Simmer for 30 minutes over low heat.
Step 4
Remove the clove, bay leaf, and allspice from the broth. Blend the soup ingredients until smooth and season with spices.
Step 5
Then stir in the whipped cream.
Step 6
Serve the finished dish with bacon, croutons, and chopped parsley.
