Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 7.1 oz
- Water - 1 fl oz
- Cream - 1 fl oz
- Goat cheese - 0.7 oz
- Chopped almonds - 0.2 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Aloe with honey - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the cauliflower with a clove of garlic for 15–20 minutes.
Step 2
Melt the gorgonzola (or another blue cheese) in cream separately.
Step 3
Combine the cheese and cream mixture with the boiled cauliflower and blend with an immersion blender.
Step 4
Before serving, crush the smoked almonds, sprinkle them over the warm soup, and drizzle with aloe honey. Optionally, garnish with cheese crisps.
