- Chicken Broth - 2 qt
- Poultry - 8.8 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Potato - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons - to taste
- Garlic - 1 head
- Philadelphia Cheese - 6.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the chicken broth. While the broth is cooking, finely chop the onion and garlic, and grate the carrot.
Step 2
Prepare the sauté. Add the onion and after a couple of minutes, add the carrot and garlic. Sauté until the onion turns golden brown.
Step 3
While the sauté is cooking, peel the potatoes and cut them into medium-sized cubes.
Step 4
Remove the cooked chicken from the broth and cut it into medium-sized pieces.
Step 5
Add potatoes, chicken, and sautéed vegetables to the broth, then incorporate the Philadelphia cream cheese. Stir the cheese well.
Step 6
Add salt and pepper to taste. Blend everything with an immersion blender until the soup is smooth and creamy.
Step 7
Arrange on plates, add croutons and herbs to taste.
