- Ginger - 0.7 oz
- Chicken Broth - 17 fl oz
- Olive Oil - 2 spoons
- Coconut Milk - 8 fl oz
- 33% Cream - 5 fl oz
- Shrimp - 14.1 oz
- Sweet Pepper - 3.5 oz
- Shallot - 1 head
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Cilantro - 0.4 oz
- Honey - 2 spoons
- Soy Sauce - 2 spoons
- Sesame Oil - ½ spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the coconut milk and cream into the broth. Bring to a boil and cook for ten minutes.
Step 2
Finely chop the carrot, bell pepper, shallot, and ginger. Heat olive oil, add sesame oil and honey, and sauté the shrimp in this mixture. Once the shrimp are golden, add all the vegetables to the pan. Drizzle with soy sauce and mix well. After a minute, add the finely chopped cilantro, mix again, and remove from heat.
Step 3
Serve by placing the sautéed shrimp in the center of the soup bowl.
