Ingredients
- Onion - 2 heads
- Fresh Mushrooms - 17.6 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 spoons
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Chicken Broth - 20 fl oz
- Cream 22% - 7 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the mushrooms and onion into small pieces and sauté them in vegetable oil until soft.
Step 2
Place in a blender, add a cup of broth, and blend until smooth.
Step 3
In a pot, melt the butter, then stir in the flour and cook for one and a half to two minutes. Next, gradually whisk in the remaining broth, continuously stirring, and bring it to a boil.
Step 4
Add the chopped mushrooms, stir, and bring back to a boil.
Step 5
Add salt and pepper to taste and let the soup simmer on low heat for another 7 minutes.
Step 6
Then pour in the cream, bring it to a boil once more, and remove from heat. Serve with croutons - you can either toss them directly into the soup or enjoy them on the side.
