  • Morels - 17.6 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Butter - 0.7 oz
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Dry White Wine - 2 fl oz
  • Mushroom seasoning - 20 fl oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 8.8 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Truffle Oil - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.

Slice the mushrooms.

Step 3

Dice the onion.

Step 4

In a large saucepan, heat the vegetable oil and butter, and add the crushed garlic clove.

Add the mushrooms and sauté them, stirring, until they release their moisture.

Pour in the white wine and let it evaporate as well.

Add the broth to the mushrooms, bring to a boil, and cook for 10 minutes.

Add the cream cheese to the soup and blend the mixture until smooth.

Season the finished soup with salt and pepper to taste. If the soup seems too thick, you can add more broth.
