  • New Potatoes - 4 pieces
  • Young zucchini - 2 pieces
  • Milk - 17 fl oz
  • Dried Barberry - to taste
  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Ocean salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the zucchini and potatoes, then puree them with a blender without draining the water.

Step 2

Place on the heat, add the milk and butter, salt, and a little tarragon, and bring to a boil.

Step 3

Serve with white bread croutons.
