Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Butter - to taste
- Cream - 7.1 oz

Finely chop the onion and sauté it in butter until translucent, cooking over low heat and using plenty of butter.

Cut the pumpkin into cubes and boil in a small amount of water (2 liters) until soft.
Step 3
Boil a large carrot separately (1 piece).
Step 4
Blend the pumpkin and carrot into a puree.
Step 5
Heat the puree until it boils — if it's too thick, add water. Pour in 200 grams of cream and season with salt.
Step 6
At the end of cooking, add the sautéed onion.
