Description
This is a very light and aromatic creamy soup. It is important to add cream (if replaced with milk, the taste becomes 'watery'). It can be served with croutons, rye bread, and sour cream.

- Salad Potatoes - 5 pieces
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Canned tuna in its own juice - 1 can
- Herbs - to taste
- Sliced Processed Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Cream - 4 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, boil the potatoes in a small amount of salted water. Meanwhile, sauté the onion and grated carrot in olive oil. Lightly fry the salmon in butter.

Then, remove the cooked potatoes from the pot and mash them.
Step 3
Return the mashed potatoes to the water, add the carrot, onion, salmon, and cut the processed cheese into small pieces (it cooks well and does not curdle).
Step 4
Next, add 120 ml of cream, bring to a boil, and add seasonings. A very good flavor comes from the combination of parsley and basil. You can substitute dill.
