- Salmon - 10.6 oz
- Potato - 14.1 oz
- Water - 2 qt
- Salt - to taste
- Green peppercorns - to taste
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Onion - 1.8 oz
- Cream 22% - 7 fl oz
- Fish Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the potatoes into large cubes and add them to boiling water. Cook over moderate heat. Slice the onion into half-rings and add it to the potatoes. Also, add a bay leaf, salt, pepper, and spices.
Step 2
Cut the salmon into small cubes (smaller than the size of the potatoes). Once the potatoes are cooked, add the salmon to the soup and simmer for another 10 minutes on low heat.
Step 3
Then turn off the heat, pour in the cream, cover with a lid, and let it steep for 5 minutes.
