Creamy shrimp soup
Ingredients
- 10% cream - 17 fl oz
- Rice - 7.1 oz
- Canned Corn - 4.4 oz
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 17.6 oz
- Fish Oil - 1 fl oz
- Fresh basil leaves - 0.4 oz
- Dried Nori Seaweed - 1.1 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - 0.4 oz
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil water, add salt and spices to taste.
Step 2
Add vegetables and shrimp, stirring constantly. Make sure no foam forms. Leave on medium heat for 15 minutes. (Optionally, you can add some bell pepper)
Step 3
Add cream, olive oil, and fish oil, cook for 5–10 minutes on high heat, remembering to stir. (Fish oil is optional but highly desirable)
Step 4
After that, add the seaweed and cover with a lid. Leave the soup on low heat for 30–40 minutes.
