Ingredients
- Celery stalk - 5.3 oz
- Carrot - 5.3 oz
- Spinach - 10.6 oz
- 33% Cream - 7 fl oz
- Seafood cocktail - 17.6 oz
- Garlic - 0.4 oz
- Onion - 7.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
- Parsley - 1.8 oz
- White bread - 6 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the celery, onion, and carrot randomly. Sauté in olive oil. Add water and simmer until cooked.
Step 2
Finely chop the fresh spinach and add it to the vegetables. Blend and add the cream.
Step 3
Cook for 5 minutes with the addition of spices. Add the cream and blend until creamy.
Step 4
Thaw the seafood. Melt the olive oil. Add a bit of garlic. Sauté the seafood for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Cut the toast bread into diamond shapes, dry in a toaster or oven. Add Parmesan cheese and bake in the oven.
Step 6
In a deep plate, place the seafood mix, pour in the soup, and garnish with croutons and herbs.
