  • Sliced Processed Cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Cauliflower - 3.5 oz
  • Potato - 5.3 oz
  • Carrot - 2.5 oz
  • Onion - 1.8 oz
  • Chicken fillet - 12.3 oz
  • Butter - 0.4 oz
  • Water - 1 qt
  • Salt - to taste
  • Dill - 2.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Grate the carrot, finely chop the onion and turkey. Peel and cut the potato into wedges and break the cauliflower into small florets.

Step 2

In a pot, blanch the onion, carrot, and turkey in butter.

Step 3

Then add the potato and cauliflower, pour in water, and bring to readiness.

Step 4

Add the cream, processed cheese, dill, and salt. Bring to a boil.
