Description
This quick soup is simple and delicious. You can use any type of cream cheese, or substitute it with heavy cream. For heartiness, you can add potatoes, diced into small cubes. They should be added to the skillet with all the vegetables, but keep in mind that this will take a little longer to cook. The cabbage can be fresh rather than frozen, as well as the herbs. It is important to remember that cheese contains salt, so don't overdo it with the salt when cooking the vegetables.
