- Broccoli - 2 cups
- Onion - ½ head
- Chinese green beans - 1 cup
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Shrimp - 7.1 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 3.5 oz
- Spices - to taste

Wash and chop the vegetables coarsely, then boil them in water (you can vary the quantity and substitute the specified vegetables with pattypans, cauliflower, etc.). Once boiling, add salt and spices for the soup to taste.

Meanwhile, in a separate pot, boil the shrimp with salt and lemon juice (also to taste).

Once the shrimp are ready, cool them by draining in a colander.
