- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Chicken fillet - 21.2 oz
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
- Salt - a pinch
- Spices - to taste
- Safflower Oil - 5 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thoroughly rinse the chicken fillet. Pat dry.

Cut the chicken fillet into strips (you can choose any other shape).
Step 3
In a separate bowl, beat the egg, salt, and spices to taste. Add mayonnaise. Mix everything well.

Place the strips of chicken fillet into the egg mixture for 10–15 minutes.

Then, in another bowl, pour in the breadcrumbs.

Coat the strips of chicken fillet in the breadcrumbs. After that, dip them back into the egg mixture and coat them in breadcrumbs again. This gives us a double coating.

Heat a skillet with sunflower oil over medium heat.

Place the pieces onto the hot skillet.

Fry the pieces of chicken fillet until golden brown.

Arrange the nuggets on a large plate with a napkin to absorb excess fat.
