  • Peanut Butter - 10 fl oz

Slice the leek, using only the white and light green parts, avoiding the dark green sections, into matchstick-sized pieces.

Pour peanut oil into the skillet to a depth of 2–2.5 cm. Heat the oil and fry the leeks in small batches until crispy. Then, use a slotted spoon to remove them, transfer to a paper towel, and let excess oil drain off. Serve as a side dish, for example, with a steak.
