- Cucumbers - 28.2 oz
- Black Currant Leaves - 2 pieces
- Cherry - 3 pieces
- Dill - 2 sprigs
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Horseradish Leaves - 1 piece
- Water - 1 qt
- Salt - 2 spoons
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper - 5 pieces
- Green peppercorns - 6 pieces
- Clove - 2 pieces
- Mustard Greens - 1 tablespoon
- Bay leaf - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sterilize the jars.
Step 2
Prepare the marinade: add salt, sugar, allspice, black pepper, cloves, mustard, and bay leaf to the water.
Step 3
Place all the ingredients into jars and pour boiling water over them for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the water. Pour the marinade over the cucumbers.
Step 5
Seal the jars with sterilized lids and twist them shut.
