  • Horseradish Leaves - 1 piece
  • Water - 1 qt
  • Salt - 2 spoons
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - 5 pieces
  • Green peppercorns - 6 pieces
  • Clove - 2 pieces
  • Mustard Greens - 1 tablespoon
  • Bay leaf - 3 pieces

Sterilize the jars.

Prepare the marinade: add salt, sugar, allspice, black pepper, cloves, mustard, and bay leaf to the water.
