- Prosciutto - 3.5 oz
- Bartlett Pear - 1 piece
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon

Preheat the oven to 374°F.
Step 2
Cut the prosciutto into 24 squares of 5 cm. Place each square into small muffin tins and press firmly against the edges. Bake in the oven until golden brown for about 15 minutes.
Step 3
Then quickly remove from the molds with a fork onto a paper towel and dry. Let cool.
Step 4
Meanwhile, core the pear and chop it finely. Transfer to a bowl and drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 5
In each prosciutto tartlet, place a small amount of pear and serve immediately.
